A well-experienced hospitality operator.Having managed the most high-end restaurant-clubs in the Athenian Riviera (Island ,Akrotiri) during summer seasons and the Centre of Athens during winters (Central, Baraonda) in the golden era of Greek hospitality from 2000-2009.
Moved to UAE, working for FoodFund International between Abudhabi, Dubai and Bahrain during winters whilst returning to Mykonos for summer seasons operating Voodoo Club.Later co-created and directed INYAMA Restaurant next to Michelin Star Chef, Ettore Botrini, and in 2017 became the Assistant Operations Director of Scorpios Mykonos.
After having been creatively and operationaly involved in 18 restaurant/bar/club concepts in four countries he has settled in London for the last 3 years managing Hovarda which has become one of the most successful restaurant bars in the British capital.

Rashid Ajami is the founder and chairman of technology start up Connectt limited. A company that creates social networks and communities for brands, consumers and organisations. He has successfully raised over 15 million in funding. He is also a music electronic producer releasing music on international labels such as Get Physical, Anjunadeep and Ministry of Sound. He graduated with a degree in politics from Georgetown University.

Rami spent extensive time in high finance before diving into the world of immersive theater for children. As the financial brains behind “Pip’s Island,” his investment acumen and entrepreneurial spirit have been central to developing the creative vision that his older-sister Rania, Walter and he conceived. At Pip’s Rami raised 20m USD and spearheaded the launch of an award winning live experience in the heart of Manhattan. His role as the company’s CEO is a far-cry from his previous life living in cities as distant as London, Beirut, Paris and Singapore. A Princeton graduate who gained his MBA from INSEAD, he has 15 years of international experience establishing, managing, and advising businesses in a wide range of geographies and markets. Rami has worked with City Capital Corporation, a London-based boutique investment bank, and Strata Capital UK LLP, a corporate finance group. Throughout his career he has been an active investor and advisor, assisting in setting up several new businesses, as well as sitting on various boards of start-up and international companies. Rami was recently awarded the exclusive Marshall Memorial Fellowship from the German Marshall Fund.
